The residences at carnevale plaza completed construction in august, 2017.

 

Prior to that date, approximately half of the 23 apartments  were pre-leased and the first occupants began moving in on September 1st, 2017.    

 

Each resident and/or occupant, 18 years and older submits an application with a $75 fee (check, or money order), made payable to: carnevale plaza.

All Tenants and Occupants 18 years and older must complete and sign an application.

Pet applications to be submitted with Tenant applications.
